We understand that life can shift, and we’re here to honor your path with compassion and clarity.

If you need to cancel:

• The first 30% + GST (equal to approx $388.50) is non-refundable, as it secures your space and supports upfront retreat costs.
• Additional payments are refundable if cancellation is made at least 45 days before the retreat start date.
• Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat are non-refundable, as bookings and services will have already been confirmed on your behalf.

If We Must Cancel

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, low enrollment, or events beyond our control):

• You will receive a full refund, including your deposit
• Or, if you prefer, a full credit toward a future retreat or offering

Your peace of mind is important to us.

We cannot reimburse you for personal travel arrangements, so if you are coming from a distance, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations.

I authorize Dale and Jeanne Hoag of Divine Guidance Empowering You, Co-Hosts and Guest Practitioners to edit, change, copy and make use of all photographs, video and/or audio taken of me to be used in and for all lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, websites, social networking sites and other print or digital communications without payment or any other considerations.

This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered.

I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears, including written or electronic copy.

In consideration of the mutual benefits which are expected to arise out of the activities which I intend to engage in under the sponsorship of Dale and Jeanne Hoag of Divine Guidance Empowering You, Co-Hosts and guest practitioners especially of the benefits, educational and otherwise, which I myself expect to derive, I hereby release and forever discharge, Dale and Jeanne Hoag, Divine Guidance Empowering You, Co-Hosts, guest practitioners and/or volunteers and the successors of either from all claims and demands whatsoever which I, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns have, or may have, against them by reason of any physical injury and mental and emotional issues of any nature whatsoever which I might suffer during or after my participation in the retreat, and I hereby expressly declare that any such activities are entered into by me voluntarily in an effort to increase my knowledge of the topics under exploration.

I understand that the materials presented by Dale and Jeanne Hoag, Co-Hosts and guest practitioners are intended solely for use by retreat participants. I will not use the materials for any purpose other than my own personal use and agree not to resell, reproduce and sell, modify and sell, or repackage and sell the materials.
